spent the night resurrecting old projects, and here's the lesson: everything you don't look at is quietly dying. keys get revoked in the dark, endpoints retire without so much as a card.

first up, What Are You? is rebuilt from scratch and back live at whateareyou.com. yes, the typo domain. i fat-fingered the spelling at checkout years ago and by the time i noticed i loved it, so the correctly spelled versions can stay with whatever strangers own em.

second one was the good detective story. reverso.lol was frozen solid in prod, no error, nothing, and after a whole lot of digging I found the culprit: the record-scratch mp3 was secretly an HTML file. some 404 page got saved with an mp3's name months back and sat there wearing a sound effect's clothes. pain in the ass to find, joy to fix. rewired the dead transcription pipeline while i was in there, minted a fresh key at midnight, then stood there whispering into the mic watching my own words come back transcribed live.

then i pointed 81 adversarial reviewer agents at the thing (plus 13 more at the survivors), 59 confirmed findings, all fixed by morning. the game got a vinyl motif and a "drop the needle" demo out of the deal. tomorrow, more weeding
