Today's Daily Double is... 42.7 miles!

last day of may so i went and spent it proper:

• 42.7 miles
• 3 hours 10 minutes
• 4,088 feet of climbing
• heart parked at 158 damn near the whole time
• up out of sausalito into the headlands, fog still sitting on the ridge
• Tam up there the whole ride
• legs asked their usual questions, gave em the usual answer
• rolled back to the dock and Al had the chairs out and a goooood beer waiting (Lady inspected my salt)

after a month of screens there is nothing like three hours where the only thing under test is you. now that is what they call..... a month paid in full. june tomorrow, fog season, we'll see
