Today's Daily Double is... the last 5%!

ran the tenant isolation project end to end on a teammate's test org today, full dress rehearsal, data in, routed to its own dedicated home, queried back out, nothing leaking, all green. so I'd call it 95% shipped. but here's the thing about that last 5%: it isn't code, it's humans. contract interpretation and network plumbing paperwork and getting the right people to nod in the right order, and there is no editor you can open that file in. so i wrote the handoff doc anyway (tier policy, reference architecture, the works), self-contained enough that anyone can carry it over the line without me. second best thing to finishing is making finishing easy for whoever's next.

also the morning check showed the metrics fleet pinned flat at its ceiling again after two big overnight waves, no headroom if a third one rolls in. logged it, raised it, moved on. it's never just the one fire
