Today's Daily Double is... the basement erg!

one lonely rowing machine in the hotel basement, facing a mirror like it's in timeout. gave it 22 minutes (plus a few honest minutes with the weights) and somewhere around minute fifteen it turned into richardson bay. the erg goes nowhere so it can go anywhere.
