Today's Daily Double is... burning the good firewood!

woke at 5:15 and biked into the city in full dark bc the time hath changed, daylight saving reached into march and took my morning light and handed it to the evening, nobody asked me. showered at the office and was typing before the espresso machine woke up.

then i set a small fire. not on purpose. pointed the biggest smartest model at my setup wizard (the tool that interviews your codebase and wires up tracing for you) and it WORKED, end to end on a live test agent, the wizard truly wizarding, and somewhere in hour two i glanced at the meter and I had blown clean through my entire monthly extra agent budget. in two hours. the big model is like hiring a genius who bills like a genius, you look away, you look back, hell.

worth it? honestly yeah. a setup that used to take an afternoon of docs spelunking just... happened. you don't get that from the frugal model. sometimes ya burn the good firewood.

also taught the always-on bot a new trick tonight, you can just talk at it now, phone straight to the mac mini. two days to japan. we'll see if there are any tokens left when i get back.
