Today's Daily Double is... the long way through the presidio!

woke up late-ish and took the long commute anyway, ten and a half miles up through the presidio, fog still sitting in the eucalyptus. coulda gone the short way but why would ya?

good desk day too, the monitoring dashboard is live on real data now and the sims run every hour on the hour whether i'm watching or not (which is sorta the whole point), and we sketched the next thing with the team, scripted callers, a persona that says exactly its lines and nothing else, and I was building before the whiteboard was dry.

a colleague was in town this week so we said goodbye up on the office roof, then home, beer from the sausalito market on the back deck while the agents kept working away behind me. can't complain.
