Today's Daily Double is... the coma dream!

Woke up from a dream where a car got me on my bike. I was in a coma and came out of it slow, family all around the bed, and then I woke up for real on the boat next to Al and for a solid minute I honestly could not tell which waking was the real one. It felt very real. That is all I can report.

Work was a touch-tone bug that would not land all morning, keypress after keypress into the void, one passing run at 12:15 (thank chroist), lunch with some fellas from another ai shop, then heads down on the big simulator. But the dream sat under all of it. Rode home with both hands on the bars and every light I own, held my wife a beat longer, let Lady have the whole face.
