Today's Daily Double is... the holiday party fit!

every year i buy exactly one new outfit for the work holiday party, and the rule is it has to be a little fancy and a little wrong. this year's build (all zara except the boots):

• flared women's pinstripe pants
• black turtleneck
• big ol floral coat
• the red wing boots i got married in

think it looks pretty decent! Al agreed, or at least she laughed in the supportive way, which counts.

party was at a tiki bar downtown and they had a tarot reader, and she flipped the cards and told me..... that me and Al should definitely go on our sailing adventure. now i do not believe in tarot. still nice to hear it from the cards
