Today's Daily Double is... carolina re-entry!

december showed up while i was gone. flew back last night still about 60% turkey, and this morning the fog was sitting on richardson bay like it waited up for me. Lady did her full-body wag like i'd been gone a decade instead of a week.

trip in summary: turkey with the grandparents, everybody talking over everybody, shithead in the treehouse for hours, one more visit with Indy on his three legs, and a hot tub that gave me a rash as a parting gift (worth it. no regrets. some regrets).

i miss the south for about six hours and then Mt Tam comes out of the clouds and I forget what i was saying. inbox came in swinging but the neighbor boats are already stringing lights. goooood month coming, i can tell already.
